Call for Special Session Proposals
Special sessions will allow authors to spend an entire session presenting about a specific project or theme. They will enable a group of 4 or more authors to go into more depth about their work and discuss their projects with the audience. Special sessions should be stimulating and intriguing for attendees. If you and your co-authors find this to be an interesting option, don’t hesitate to send us your special session proposal.

Author Registration
In order to confirm your session's slot in the conference program, any author taking part should confirm their attendance and complete registration before the author registration deadline. A minimum of 4 authors per special session must register. If authors are not registered by the deadline, or the session doesn't have 4 presentations, the session will not be included in the conference program.
