Full conference fees include: entrance to all conference presentations, conference souvenir, conference lunch, coffee breaks, admission to the conference banquet, and the electronic proceedings.
All accepted papers must be covered by the Full Paper registration option by at least one co-author.
To qualify for the student rate, students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status
The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against personal and health incidents such as sickness, accidents, theft, property damage or loss, etc. Participants are advised to take care on an adequate personal insurance.
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of receipt.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.
For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund, after a USD 70 processing fee, will be given, provided the request is applied for prior to the last day of the Early Registration deadline. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date.
Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
